Funky Chicken Fingers

◾2 cups Miracle Flour Blend
◾2 lbs. raw Chicken Tenders (pre-cut)
◾½ tsp. garlic powder
◾½ tsp. black pepper
◾½ tsp. oregano
◾1 tsp. sea salt
◾¼ tsp. onion powder
◾¼ tsp. basil
◾Dash chili powder
◾1 cup rice milk
◾Coconut oil, Palm oil or Canola Oil (enough to be 2-3 inches deep in pan)


1. Mix Flour Blend with all of your spices with Whisk.

2. Soak Chicken in rice milk and dredge in flour mixture.  Repeat.  Each Tender should go through rice milk and flour mixture twice.  Drop carefully in heated oil (Medium Heat).  Cook until golden on underside and turn with tongs.  Should cook a minimum of 7-12 minutes. Oil should be set on medium high.

3.  When you remove chicken place on plate covered with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
