Chili

Ingredients

2 lb. Organic ground sirloin
 1 Small White onion, minced
 2 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
 2 can Bush’s Chili Beans
 1 can Crushed tomatoes (or crush your own)1 TBL. Cumin
 1 small can tomato sauce
 2 TBL. Chili Powder
 1 TBL. Ground Cumin
 ½ tsp. Celtic Sea salt
 ½ tsp. Black pepper
 ½ tsp. Garlic powder
 dash of cayenne pepper to taste
 1½ cup of water or more for desired consistency

Instructions

1. Brown ground sirloin and onion together. Drain and rinse lightly. Pour in stock pot.
 2. Add everything else and heat to a boil. Turn down to medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Let sit for a bit before serving.
 3. Serve with or without shredded cheese on top.
