I made our Yeasty Sandwich Bread and wanted something light to have with it.  This was perfect.

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Tenderloins, strips
olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
granulated garlic
black pepper
2 Tbl. Rosemary herbs, dried is fine.

Instructions

1. Heat oil to medium high in skillet. Sprinkle granulated garlic, and rosemary on chicken. Lay in pan and do the other side. Top with minced garlic and pepper.
2. Cook until it is crisp. About 4-5 minutes and turn over. Cover and cook 10-12 more minutes. It should no longer be pink inside.

*I served these on a nice salad.

Salad
Leaf lettuce
kale
red pepper
green onions

1. Wash all. Tear lettuce into pieces. Chop kale into real tiny pieces (they won’t even realize its there). Cut pepper in small bites and green onions. Serve with your favorite dressing.
