Cinnamon Roll Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups Miracle Flour Blend
1 TBL. Double acting baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. xanthan gum
½ cup of melted butter
½ cup plus 2 Tbl.  plain yogurt
5 Tbl. Rice Milk
¾ Pure Cane Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Combine flour blend, salt, xanthan gum, and baking powder with a wire whisk.
Add ¼ melted butter.
Add yogurt and stir until just combined.  Add Rice milk a Tbls. until combined.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slightly grease a 9 in. round pan.  Or not.  I sometimes like to leave them apart on a cookie sheet. They spread out and get crisper.
On a floured mat roll out dough into a rectangle.
Brush remaining ¼ cup melted butter on dough.
Mix cane sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough.
Roll up into a log.
Slice 1 1/2” slices and place on parchment or greased baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

 Glaze
1 cup of Confectioners sugar                                      
1- 2 TBL. of Orange Juice
or for traditional glaze:  Use Rice milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla.

Mix with whisk until well blended and drizzle with teaspoon over rolls.  Enjoy.
